Test Containers

• Proximity Test Cans: Available in 12 sizes for vacuum and pressure validation
• X-ray Fill Level Test Cans: Available in 42 sizes from 5.6 oz to 24 oz
• Acoustic Test Bottles​: Designed for acoustic sensor calibration and validation, Available in 8, 12 and 32 oz. sizes

Inspection Enhancements

• Down Bottle Kit: Detects fallen bottles on the conveyor that escape inspection
• Soft Bottle Leaker Kit: Creates precise pressurized containers for QA testing
• UV Detector: Identifies tamper bands and UV-sensitive labels 
• Reject-Acknowledgement: Senor kit for detecting a missed reject after the reject bin

System Maintenance

• Belt Wash / Clean-in-Place (CIP): Automatic cleaning for PRO Series DSC and FS belts

Sensor Add-Ons

• TDLC Sensor​: Top-down leak detection for foil-sealed cups or film sealed cups
• Fill Level Sensor (Fill_xr): X-ray based fill level inspection for metal, glass, and plastic containers
• Air Pressure Monitoring: Alerts operators when rejector pressure drops below preset thresholds
