How It Works

When a reject signal is received from TapTone’s inspection system, a solenoid actuates the ram or segment, pushing the faulty container off the line. The rejector resets automatically, ready for the next signal. Systems require only a 24 VDC reject pulse and minimal air pressure.

Applications

  • Glass bottles with defective crowns
  • Plastic jugs with leaks or fill level issues
  • Metal cans with pressure anomalies
  • Shrink-wrapped packs and carton cases
