The TapTone Force Machines Teledyne TapTone offers two systems for pressure inspection of containers, the TapTone 4000-F and our new TapTone 4000-FS. The T4000-F is TapTone's standard system for inspection of containers with internal pressures up to 45 psi or 3.1 bar.  It is widely used in the beverage industry for inspection of LN2 dosed and carbonated beverage containers.  The system can also be used as a "go/no go" system for aerosol container inspection. The T4000-FS is TapTone's new high speed, multi-pressure capable system for inspection of containers with internal pressures up to 160 psi or 11 bar. This system designed to handle the higher pressure requirements for aerosol containers but can also be configured for lower pressure, high speed beverage lines.  The system has an all stainless steel construction for harsh environments and can run at speeds up to 525 feet/min or 2.67 m/s.   T4000-F Leak Detection and Fill Level Inspection   for Flexible Plastic Containers   Versatile Inspection / Advanced Control - The TapTone 4000-F inspects 100% of containers at production line speeds. The system will detect leaks and low pressure in liquid nitrogen dosed containers, carbonated beverage containers, and low to mid-range pressurized aerosol containers. When combined with optional sensors, this system will also perform fill level inspection, cap inspection and label detection. T4000-FS Leak Detection for Aerosol Containers and   Pressurized Beverage Containers   Built for Speed and Pressure - The TapTone 4000-FS is designed to handle the higher pressure applications found with many aerosol containers and heavy duty aluminum can/bottle applications. The system inspects 100% of containers at production line speeds. The TapTone 4000-FS is manufactured with a stainless steel transport deck for harsh environments. The reinforced side plates give extra rigidity for high pressure applications and allow for a stable reading with excellent resolution. They system can alternatively be fit with a mid-range or low range pressure sensor for lower pressure high-speed beverage lines and applications that require all-stainless steel construction.
