Pneumatic High Speed Rejection Systems (1/2" and 1" Rejectors)
TapTone High Speed rejectors provide reliable rejection of up to 2000 containers per minute and are available with a fixed stroke length of 0.5 or 1.0 in (1.2 cm or 2.5 cm). Designed for tight production spaces, these systems can be conveyor or floor mounted, and withstand water wash down.
How it Works - When a reject signal is received, a solenoid is actuated, allowing air to extend the ram, which pushes the faulty container off of the production line. The length of time the ram is exteded is a function of the duration of the reject signal. When the signal ceases, the ram and its cylinder return to their home or retracted position.

Case and Large Container Rejection System
TapTone Case and Large Container Rejectors provide reliable rejection at speeds up to 150 containers per minute. Designed for tight production spaces, these systems are conveyor or floor mounted and withstand water wash down. The adjustable stroke length, 0–8 in (0–20.3 cm), will accommodate full cases adn large containers constructed of plastic, glass and metal.

Centro Flex and Centro Flex 160
Sorting and Distributing System for Glass, Plastic, and Metal Containers - The Centro Flex systems are all-purpose sorting and distributing systems for standing displacement of containers made of plastic, glass and metal at full conveyor speeds. The system can reject up to 800 containers per minute and requires less than 30 inches of conveyor space.
How it Works - Fifteen pneumatically-extendable rejection segments are activated generating a curve outward to deflect the rejected bottle to the adjacent conveyor. As containers pass, each individual segment returns to its neutral or retracted position and does not affect the next container.

Brush Off Rejector
Rejecting and Distributing System for Glass and Metal Containers - The Brush Off is an intelligent rejection and distribution system for standing rejection of containers. The Brush Off provides effective rejection for round glass and metal containers at all conveyor speeds. For high performance areas, the Brush Off has been proven in numerous applications and demonstrates very low wear.
How it Works - The Brush Off system contains a rotating displacement body. The rotational body delivers a defined speed to the container to be sorted. The displacement distance is equal regardless of the fill level of the container or the speed of the conveyor. After the rotational body actuates, it returns immediately to its starting position, allowing the system to sort and distribute containers at high speeds without gaps between the containers.
